Cooler weather is here! Now's the time to reduce outdoor watering times.
Grass and plants don’t need as much water during the cool season. See tips below.
In November, grass only requires about four minutes of watering per day. Likewise in December, only 3 minutes per day is recommended.
If your soil does not absorb water quickly, try dividing watering times into multiple sessions. This will allow the soil to efficiently absorb the water and reduce run-off.

Continue to water only occasionally if you let your lawn go golden. Yet, don't forget to keep watering trees and shrubs once watered by those lawn sprinklers.
