Water Management

The purpose of our internship program is to provide students with work experience and professional training in their related field of study. This internship will give students a real-world perspective of the water industry. An internship may be for either the summer or school year.

In order to be eligible for our internship program, students should be either junior level or above as an undergraduate student or a graduate student and must provide proof of enrollment. Immediate family members of current district employees are not eligible to participate in the program.

Recruitment and Selection Process:
Applicants will be required to fill out a regular employment application and submit a cover letter regarding their interest in interning at CVWD. Applications can be downloaded from our website.

Interns will be paid at a set hourly rate determined at the time of hire.
