Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) has updated its website with a fresh look that includes more features that make it easier to locate information.
“Our redesign aims to increase transparency and to improve customer service, said Katie Evans, director of Communications and Conservation for the district.
Among the changes:
- Department drop-down menus that offer clear navigation and give customers quick additional paths to information.
- Top of the home page now includes links to two sites popular with customers --- Login/Pay My Bill and Start/Stop Service --- and to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
- For friendly browsing, the refreshed design applies to mobile applications as well as desk top views.
In addition, the design incorporates more and larger photos. CVWD’s traditional blue and yellow color scheme remains but is supported by white rather than beige backgrounds.
